Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. After processing, your order will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. You will receive an email with your order details and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@womenofvisionil.org(mailto:info@womenofvisionil.org) If you need to make adjustments or corrections to your order (such as updating the shipping address or correcting item quantity), please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, no changes can be made.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, Women of Vision IL is not responsible for issuing refunds or returns for any products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item so we can assist you.
